1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of the personal data collected through this site is VEEX (details below). You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What data we collect, why and on what basis

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number and message. We use them to read and answer your message. Basis: our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before a possible agreement (GDPR art. 6(1)(f) and (b)).
• Newsletter: your email address, your consent, the language of the page and the date and time of subscription. We use them to send you updates about our projects and to prove your consent. Basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time.
• reCAPTCHA protection: our forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to tell people from automated bots. Google processes technical and interaction data such as your IP address, browser and device information and cookies. Basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the site against spam and abuse (art. 6(1)(f)).
• Technical logs: like any website, the server that hosts the site may record technical data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser). We use them for security and operation. Basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).

3. What we do not collect

The site has no user accounts and does not process payments. We do not request sensitive data and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site. If this changes, we will update this policy first.

4. Cookies

The site does not set its own cookies and does not store your language choice. Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies or access identifiers on your device to work, under Google's own policy. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.

5. How messages reach us

When you submit a form, the data is sent over an encrypted connection to our server, verified with reCAPTCHA and then forwarded to the Prime Brokers Realty lead management system, where we receive and handle the messages. Newsletter subscriptions are processed on our server and passed to the tool we use to send updates; if we change that tool, we will update this policy.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision making. We share data only with:

• Google, as the provider of reCAPTCHA;
• Prime Brokers Realty (primebrokersrealty.com), one of the projects we present, whose lead management system also receives the data submitted through the contact form (name, email, phone and message) so that it can be followed up;
• the providers that host the site and run our communication tools, acting on our instructions;
• public authorities, if the law requires it.

7. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Google may process data in the United States and other countries. Such transfers rely on safeguards recognised by EU law, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

8. How long we keep data

• Contact messages: as long as needed to handle your request, then for up to 24 months, unless a business relationship continues.
• Newsletter: until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe.
• Technical logs: for the short period set by the hosting provider.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]; we answer within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and limited access to our systems.

11. Children

The site is not intended for people under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update.
