1. Who we are

veex.io is the presentation website of VEEX, a group of business angels from Romania. We invest in early-stage startups, build our own projects and connect investors with relevant opportunities. In these terms, "we" and "us" means VEEX.

2. What this site is, and what it is not

The site is informational. It presents us, our projects and the ways to contact us. It has no user accounts, it does not process payments and no investment can be made through it.

Nothing on the site is an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell securities, nor investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Any investment or partnership is discussed separately and is governed only by written agreements signed by the parties.

Investing in early-stage companies is high risk. You may lose all the capital you invest. Past or presented results do not guarantee future results.

3. Projects and information on the site

The descriptions of our projects (such as Vivastreet.ro, Prime Brokers Realty, Propertio, ScanPay and JustBuy) are provided for information only. Some projects are live and others are in development: their features, markets and launch dates may change, and some may never launch.

Illustrations, mockups, prices and figures shown in project graphics are representative examples, not real product screens or data. Photos may be stock images. Names, logos and trademarks of third parties belong to their owners.

4. Contact form and newsletter

Through the contact form you can send us a message. We ask for your name, email address, phone number and your message. Through the newsletter form you can subscribe with your email address and your consent to receive updates about our projects.

Sending a message does not create any business relationship, partnership or investment commitment, and we cannot guarantee a reply. Please do not send passwords, identity document numbers, bank details or other sensitive data.

5. Acceptable use

When using the site you agree not to:

• attack, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
• send spam, unlawful, misleading or abusive content, or impersonate another person;
• use automated tools to collect content or to bypass the reCAPTCHA protection of our forms;
• use the site in any way that breaks the law or the rights of others.

6. Intellectual property

The design, texts, graphics and code of this site belong to VEEX or its licensors. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial use. Any other copying, republishing or use requires our prior written permission.

7. Third-party links and services

The site links to websites of the projects we present and uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect its forms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites and services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Availability and liability

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will be settled by the competent Romanian courts, without affecting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
